offerings
—
individual, integrative therapy for youth + young adults.
-
I work with pre-teen youth ages 10-12. I support this age group in developing the skills necessary to identify, name, and tend to their emotional needs. I use a strengths-based approach and weave CBT/DBT, psychoeducation, + narrative-play therapy, to promote emotional regulation and self-understanding.
-
I offer teens support as they explore their relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their inner world.
Our work together is focused on fostering tools + resources to navigate life’s challenges and transitions so that they can emerge into adulthood with a sense of empowerment, resilience, and self-compassion.
I provide psychoeducation so that teens leave feeling empowered and informed about their emotional health.
